Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Care Plus Group Gender Pay Gap report at snapshot date of 31 March 2024

Gender Pay legislation requires all employers of more than 250 employees to publish their gender pay gap for workers. Gender Pay is the average difference between the pay of men and women working in an organisation.

The following data shows that there is no gender pay gap in terms of mean gender pay or median pay, as defined in the legislation, within Care Plus Group.
