Care Plus Group operate a community-based falls response service between the hours of 8am and 8pm, 7 days per week.
The service was established to enhance the outcome and experience of those who fall by improving response times and reducing the risk of people spending a long time on the floor after a fall.
To reduce the risk of further falls, our Falls Responders will provide a leaflet with guidance on potential hazards, intervention, and signposting.
If you or a family member are prone to falling, please keep this number to hand.
