Work Experience Placements at Care Plus Group
Care Plus Group were delighted to welcome a fantastic group of students for their recent work experience placement. During their time with us, the students
Care Plus Group Transport Team delivers a passenger transport service across North East Lincolnshire to those members of the community who need support to travel from home and into our Day Centres.
This key Care Plus Group service provides the logistical support to the rest of our organisation, ensuring, through their dedication, that people are in the right place at the right time. Our committed team of drivers and support staff ensure that Care Plus puts people first, whatever the weather.
Access to the service is either via a referral process through FOCUS or following referral for private access to the day centres.
