Care Plus Group Chief Executive Lisa Revell recently met with Councillor Nigel Oliver, North East Lincolnshire Council’s Portfolio Holder for Health, Social Care and Wellbeing, to discuss shared priorities and opportunities for closer collaboration.
The introductory meeting provided an opportunity to showcase the breadth of services delivered by Care Plus Group and the positive impact the organisation continues to make across North East Lincolnshire.
During the discussion, Lisa highlighted the diverse range of health, care and wellbeing services provided by Care Plus Group, demonstrating how the organisation supports local people and communities every day. The meeting also explored opportunities to strengthen partnership working and build on existing relationships to help achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
Both parties discussed the importance of collaboration across the health and care system, recognising the value of organisations working together to address local challenges, share expertise and support one another in delivering high-quality services.
The conversation also provided an opportunity to share examples of how Care Plus Group services are making a tangible difference to people’s lives, while outlining the organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
