Care Plus Group is an organisation working in communities across North East Lincolnshire.

We’re a social business that provides community health and care services for adults of all ages and exists to support people to achieve their best quality of life.

Proud to be employee owned

We are an Employee Owned organisation. Rather than owners or shareholders owning the business, as a Community Benefit Society, we are owned by our members (our staff) and run for the benefit of our community.

This means our staff have a say in how we are run which makes for a dynamic, flexible and innovative organisation committed to our social goals. We are rated in the Top 50 Employee Owned Organisations in the UK.

Meet our volunteers

Our volunteers are valued and valuable members of our organisation and we currently have over 200 working across the organisation and in the community.

Across our services we have volunteers dedicating their time, expertise and experience and supporting the work our staff members do.

From patient experts and buddies in our HOPE specialist service through to the award-winning work our Collaboratives carry out.

Our volunteers make a real difference to the services we provide and to the health and wellbeing of our whole community.

Amazing nurses, who went above and beyond while caring for my Dad recently. Can’t fault them one bit & they did a fantastic job. So caring and understanding. My advice to others interested in volunteering would be to go for it. You’ll need a good sense of humour and be prepared to get out and meet people but it has benefitted me both from a social point of view and also knowing I’m helping other people.
