I have worked in the NHS for the past 27 years, as a Paramedic initially for the Ambulance service, and the last 12 years in the Community Urgent Care Team. I am newly appointed to Operations Manager for Urgent Care with the Clinical Assessment Service, Crisis Support Team and CUCT under that umbrella. I am passionate about delivering excellent patient care and supporting staff in their own professional development.
My role gives me the opportunity to work in partnership with other NHS organisations to facilitate the changes needed to meet the ever-increasing pressure upon health and social care.
I look forward to taking on the role of Staff Governor to ensure that members of staff have a voice and be their advocate.
