Sadie is celebrating securing full time employment as a Care Assistant at Fairways Care Home.
With the support of the Employability Team Sadie
has been able to secure full time employment as a Care Assistant.
Sadie has experience of supporting people with a large range of different support needs. Her experience also extends to caring for family members and after a break in employment, she welcomed the support given to her by the Employability Service.

Sadie has lots of transferable skills and was keen to put these skills into practice in the right setting. This role enables her to use her skills to support people effectively within a Care home setting and I wish her continued success

I was supported all the way through from my application to starting my job and that help has continued. Fairways is busy but I like that, and the staff are lovely. I am really enjoying my job
