Her journey has encompassed spearheading the Supported Employment strand of the service, leading on apprenticeships and wider employability initiatives.

In addition to practical experience, Michelle holds degree qualifications in both Mental Health and Health & Social Care. This academic background has provided a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in these areas, being equipped with skills to offer comprehensive support.

Michelle’s innovative approach enables her to build new programmes that aim to further enhance support for job seekers. Michelle is committed to fostering inclusive and supportive environments and passionate about creating opportunities that enable individuals from diverse backgrounds to thrive in the workforce.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and loves exploring the outdoors through walks.
