Earlier this year, we made Basic Life Support (BLS) training mandatory for all colleagues – and we’re delighted to announce that 83% of our workforce is now fully trained. This achievement spans everyone across the organisation, from frontline teams to office-based staff.
This milestone isn’t just a win for our people, who now have access to essential, potentially life-saving skills – it’s a huge benefit for our community too. With approximately 800 employees, we are proud to have created a network of life-savers across North East Lincolnshire, ready to step in when it matters most.
