Care Plus Group is delighted to strengthen its partnership with TEC Partnership through the Employer Endorsement Programme, reinforcing our commitment to developing the next generation of health and care professionals.
The partnership will help strengthen the link between education and industry, giving students access to valuable employer insight, practical experience and opportunities that prepare them for successful careers in health and social care.
Sharon Stead, Operational Manager – People’s Development, said:
“We are delighted to strengthen our partnership with TEC Partnership through the Employer Endorsement Programme. At Care Plus Group, we are committed to developing a skilled and compassionate workforce for the future, and this collaboration allows us to play an even greater role in shaping local talent.
Through student placements, curriculum input and our Health and Care Ambassador Programme, we can provide meaningful real-world experiences that support students’ development while also contributing to our People First Strategy.”
The programme aligns closely with our People First Strategy, supporting our ambition to attract, develop and retain talented people while creating clear pathways into health and care careers.
As part of this growing partnership, our recently appointed Volunteer and Placement Coordinator will play an important role in supporting learners and volunteers, helping to create positive experiences and strengthen routes into employment within the sector.
Strong partnerships between employers and education providers are vital for developing future talent and ensuring local people have access to rewarding careers. We are already seeing positive progress through this collaborative approach and look forward to continuing our work with TEC Partnership to support students, strengthen the local workforce and make a lasting difference across our communities.
