James was initially referred to Supported Employment by Think Employment, a training agency.  James was experiencing anxiety and stress and required support to enable him to regain his confidence, gain new skills and have a structured routine.

Nicola Price, James’s Supported Employment Officer, encouraged James to apply as a Personal Assistant with Care4all Ltd, as James had supported Participants in the past.  Nicola supported James during the Manager’s interview where a potential Participant was discussed.

Nicola said, “James has now gained paid employment, as a Personal Assistant for a gentleman who needs encouragement to do daily tasks and access the community”.

James said, “I would like to thank Nicola for supporting me into employment, as I have been out of work for a year.  I am happy with the support which I needed to regain confidence.  Many thanks”.
