Elohor, with support from Employability Services, found a fulfilling job as a Recovery Worker at Care Plus Group’s Community Inpatient Unit

Elohor had always wanted to find a job where she could make a meaningful impact on others’ lives. Her journey towards this goal began with the support of Employability Programme Coordinator, Tracy Chaplin. Having previously worked together, Elohor and Tracy embarked on a mission to find her perfect role.

Tracy’s guidance was instrumental in this process. She helped Elohor identify suitable vacancies, complete job applications, and prepare for interviews. Their hard work and dedication paid off when Elohor received an offer for the position of Recovery Worker at Care Plus Group’s Community Inpatient Unit.

Elohor’s was excited to accept the role, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her career. With this opportunity, she is excited to contribute positively to her community and help those in need.

We asked Elohor about her experience receiving support from the Employability Services. She said:
