We’re proud to share the success of Katie who has recently secured a permanent position at Cranwell Court Care Home with the support of Care Plus Employability Services.

From the start, she showed incredible determination and a proactive attitude. Working closely with her Support Officer, Evie, she received tailored guidance on job searching and CV writing, ensuring her skills and passion for care were highlighted. Her commitment to applying for roles and preparing for interviews truly set her apart.

This achievement is a fantastic example of what can be accomplished through hard work and the right support. She should be extremely proud of herself for reaching this milestone and beginning a rewarding career in care.
