As of 1st March 2019, the Rapid Response Team will be changing their name to the Community Urgent Care Team.
The service and staff will remain the same, as will the referral number of 01472 256256.
The change of name is to align the team with the Urgent Care Strategy and reflect the work with the Urgent Treatment Centre.
