I have been a qualified nurse for 17 years and have worked for Care Plus Group for the last 14 years. My background is in community nursing, tissue viability and most recently in operational management of nursing services. I have built strong therapeutic relationships during this time both within and outside of our organisation.

I am passionate about the delivery of patient care and the wellbeing of staff. I hope that through being a Staff Governor I can make a difference by representing our staff voice and leading by example with compassion to enable the on-going development of services and delivery of high-quality care to all that access our services.
