Early Detection Saves LivesSupported by our dedicated team of volunteers The Cancer Collaborative Programme work throughout N E Lincolnshire to raise the signs and symptoms of various different cancers to encourage people to seek help at the earliest opportunity and take part in NHS Cancer Screening Programmes. Survival rates from cancer are getting better and better and detecting them early is one of the key factors in this.
The team and volunteers work together to provide community engagement events throughout N E Lincolnshire and we are always looking for new volunteers to join us, so please give a call to discuss if you fancy finding out a bit more!
Supported by our dedicated team of volunteers the Dementia Collaborative work throughout N E Lincolnshire providing information and signposting to relevant local services, which support the needs of individuals with dementia and their families/carers. Supported by the team, volunteers hold community engagement in North East Lincolnshire to promote awareness of dementia services.
