Cromwell Road Day Centre
The services at Cromwell Road Day Centre offer a range of therapeutic and community day activities for people with physical/learning disabilities or complex needs. These activities are tailored to the individual’s needs, with the primary goal of helping them develop their skills and improve their quality of life. Our activities are designed to help our service users build physical and emotional strength, increase independence, develop social skills, and participate more actively in their communities.
The Learning Disability Psychology Service and Systemic Family Therapy (SFT) Service support the mental health needs of adults with a learning disability and/or autistic individuals and their families. The Forensic Outreach Liaison Service (FOLS) supports autistic and/or adults with learning disabilities who are at risk of offending or who have an offending history to live safely within their local community.
Look out for our posts throughout Learning Disability Awareness Week 2024, which runs from 17th – 23rd June 2024, where we will be celebrating the work of individual teams and the learning disability community.
